These are the instructions Dr. Wohllk gives to each patient.

Botulinum toxin application

• Avoid touching the treated area for 2 days.
• Avoid makeup and creams on the area for 2 days.
• Avoid intense physical activity for at least 2 days.
• Avoid lying down and tilting your head forward, back or to the sides for at least 5 hours.
• Avoid very sudden movements.
• Avoid saunas, steam baths and very hot showers directly on the face for 2 days.
• Drink plenty of water.
• Avoid direct sun exposure and use SPF 50 sunscreen.
• Avoid smoking and drinking alcohol for at least 2 days.
• Do not have laser, chemical peels or facial cleansing for at least 28 days.
• The effect is not immediate. It kicks in between the third and fourth day, with maximum effect at 14 days.
• The initial swelling and redness can last from 2 days to 1 week; it is normal and varies from patient to patient.
• If you get a bruise, use arnica gel or local cold.
• We recommend coming back within 4 to 5 months.

Hyaluronic acid filler

• Avoid direct sun exposure and use SPF 50 sunscreen.
• Avoid smoking and drinking alcohol for at least 2 days.
• Drink plenty of water.
• Do not have laser, chemical peels or facial cleanings for at least 28 days.
• Send us a front-facing photo at 24 and 48 hours afterward so we can follow up on the procedure via WhatsApp.
• If you notice any whitening of the skin or have severe pain once the anesthesia wears off, contact us right away.

• If you get a bruise, use arnica gel or local cold directly on the area.
• We recommend coming back within 8 to 12 months.
