Aftercare
These are the instructions Dr. Wohllk gives to each patient.
- When you get home, do the upward massages 5 times.
- Avoid intense physical activity for at least 2 days.
- Avoid very sudden movements.
- Drink plenty of water.
- Avoid smoking and drinking alcohol for at least 2 days.
- Avoid direct sun exposure and UV rays; use SPF 50 sunscreen.
- On day 3, start exercising, ideally cardiovascular.
Remember
- The initial swelling and redness can last from 2 days to 1 week; it is normal and varies from patient to patient.
- If you get a bruise, use arnica gel or local cold.
- The 2-session protocol, 14 days apart, is recommended for the best Adipo BCN results.
- The number of sessions needed depends on each patient's initial amount of fat.
- We recommend coming back within 3 to 6 months.
